The Unbearable Weight

    Betrayal. Rejection. Loss. Injustice. 

Life leaves us carrying things we never chose. We can’t change what happened, but we can choose what we carry. Often, pain becomes resentment, bitterness, or hatred, as we carry the weight forever. 

Each burden is like a stone in your pocket. Some days it’s barely noticeable. Other days, it feels impossibly heavy. Healing isn’t about pretending the wound never happened. It’s about moving forward by leaving one stone behind at a time.

The Unbearable Weight is a "journal-less" journal game. A BYOJ game (Bring your own journal), if you will. In it, you will follow a set of rules that are designed with the hope that you reflect, process, and move forward.
