My Haunted House

Everyone lives in a haunted house.

The places we’ve inhabited often become part of us. A childhood bedroom. A kitchen table. A classroom where bullies lurked. Even years later, simply remembering those rooms can bring back emotions we thought we’d left behind.

Not every haunting is painful. Some rooms still echo with laughter, safety, or love. Walk through its rooms. Decide what deserves to remain and what you’re finally ready to leave behind.

My Haunted house is a "journal-less" journal game. A BYOJ game (Bring your own journal), if you will. In it, you will follow a set of rules that are designed with the hope that you reflect, process, and move forward.
